Evaluator information. We may request information from you when you sign-up to evaluate media products. Here you may be asked to provide contact information, including your name, email, and geographical and demographic information. We record this information, including your email address, and may use this information for other marketing, statistical, demographic, feedback, promotional, product development, web site design and related purposes. This includes adding your information to our databases so that we may use your information for follow-up mailings, notices of new submissions, notices of media products, and notices of upcoming events and related purposes. By providing us with this information you consent to our use of this information in accordance with this privacy statement.
Log files. We may track and use IP addresses, times of visits, and the referring web pages. This information is not personally-identifiable information. This information may be used to analyze trends, track a user’s movement within the web site, and to gather aggregate information such as the number of visitors, the visitors to each page, and the number of visitors referred from a particular web page.
